TEEN MINDS UNITED

Teen Minds United is a youth-led advocacy group dedicated to making mental health a normalized and essential part of life for teens worldwide by promoting awareness through education, open dialogue, community engagement, and student leadership.

Why Teen Mental Health?

In our local communities, when students were under pressure whether academically, athletically, or socially, open discussion about mental health was a rarity. Even seeking guidance from a close friend on a deeper level was beyond what most people had attempted in their life. We believe that with open dialogue and the power of time, the topic of mental health can one day be as acceptable as a conversation about the latest homework assigned by the english teacher. We created Teen Minds United aiming to be part of this change.
